These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and babu880 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using babu880 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you consent to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

babu880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to online gaming and entertainment services. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of babu880 is conditional upon full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any feature of the platform. By clicking "Register", completing account setup, or making your first deposit, you affirm unconditional acceptance.

1.2 Language and Communication

The official language of this Agreement and all communications from babu880 is English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall always take precedence and govern in case of any discrepancy.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and babu880 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access babu880's full range of betting and casino products, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on babu880 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. babu880 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Provision of false or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, babu880 may at any time — and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 — require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address
• Mobile financial service (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) account ownership confirmation

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in a format accepted by our verification team (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by babu880 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. babu880 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify support@babu880 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on babu880 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across all divisions of Bangladesh.

4. Bonus & Promotional Terms

In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The exact bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and qualifying deposit threshold are specified on the active promotion page at the time of registration. Reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions (including BPL and IPL cricket season offers) are announced via the promotions section of the platform and via registered email addresses. Each promotion carries its own specific terms and eligibility criteria. Players should review these carefully before opting in. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on babu880 — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, or crash games — are subject to the rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

5.1 Sportsbook & Outright Betting

• All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• A bet is confirmed only once a bet slip reference number is generated and displayed to the player. Placing a selection in the bet slip does not constitute a confirmed bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error"), babu880 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's account.
• Abandoned matches are settled according to the rules specific to that sport and market. In most cases, bets on abandoned cricket matches are voided and stakes returned, unless a sufficient number of overs have been bowled to constitute a valid result under the relevant competition rules.

5.2 Live Casino

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on babu880, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any balance.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on babu880, whether under your own identity or any other.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event offered for betting on babu880.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any competitive gaming format on the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform's software for personal gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support@babu880 immediately upon discovery.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other registered players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the babu880 platform.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Compliance

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on babu880 and attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion by any means (including using alternative personal details), you are in breach of this Agreement. babu880 will close any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player and will return the account balance, minus any bonuses, to the nominated payment method.

6.3 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any suspicious activity on the platform — including suspected match-fixing, collusion, account compromise, or technical exploits being used by other players — you are encouraged to report this to our support team at support@babu880. Reports are treated confidentially.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

babu880 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity on the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account activity inconsistent with responsible gaming guidelines, where intervention is deemed necessary for the player's wellbeing.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Receipt of a formal instruction from a relevant legal or regulatory authority.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their babu880 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@babu880 and requesting closure. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion. Active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 deducted from the account balance, where a balance exists. babu880 will notify the registered email address at least 30 days before the dormancy fee begins to apply. Logging in to the account at any point resets the dormancy counter.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babu880 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any interruption of service.

8.1 Platform Availability

babu880 operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party payment processing outages, internet service disruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. babu880 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a direct result of platform downtime, including bets placed at erroneous odds during a system malfunction.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

The casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games available on babu880 are supplied by independent third-party providers. babu880 acts as a distributor and is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction that produces an erroneous outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.

8.3 Accuracy of Information

babu880 takes reasonable care to ensure that all information published on the platform — including odds, game rules, promotional terms, and account data — is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that such information is free from errors at all times, and we reserve the right to correct errors as soon as they are identified. Corrections do not constitute grounds for a claim against babu880.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless babu880 and its affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, fines, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
